We're looking for an exceptional Manager, Talent Management to join our Talent Attraction & Development team in Richmond, VA.The Manager, Talent Management leads enterprise-wide performance management and career development, including processes that support use of the internal opportunity marketplace.
This role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve strategies, systems, programs, and measures that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide performance management and career development, including internal opportunity marketplace processes.
* Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, ABS, and the Managed Service Provider to identify organizational needs and design, plan, and implement performance management and career development programs and processes.
* Oversee the enterprise talent management system for performance and career development, ensuring its functionality supports talent processes and meets control requirements.
* Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms and metrics that drive accountability, measure results, and improve the organizational effectiveness of performance management, career development, and internal opportunity marketplace processes.
* Connect performance and employee development insights to help inform broader talent strategies.
* Manage external partners and lead complex, cross-functional talent initiatives through structured planning, disciplined execution, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Want you to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
* 6+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Management and/or an HR Business Partner role.
* Experience with performance management and talent development practices.
* Strong data analysis and interpretation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with business process improvement, change management, and program and process management.
* Strong communication, stakeholder influencing, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
* Business acumen, cultural competence, and working knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance, including employment law fundamentals.
* Ability to connect performance and employee development insights to talent strategies and manage vendor and partner relationships.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions.
