ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Right of Way Agent (Project Manager) to join our team based in Richmond, VA.

In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing electric transmission and distribution projects by supporting land acquisition efforts while managing project delivery from planning through execution.

What You'll Bring

Required



* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.


* 4+ years (7+ years preferred) of ROW experience, with a minimum of 5 years in transmission project experience.


* Notary public or the ability to obtain within 30 days required.


* Solid working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, ArcGIS and data management software.


* Knowledgeable in real estate values and accepted real estate appraisal practices.


* Ability to travel regionally.


* Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism.


* Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
