What Your Impact Is:

In this role, you will:


* Lead North America corporate tax compliance, tax accounting, indirect taxes, and tax governance activities.


* Serve as the primary tax advisor for U.S.

and Canadian operations.


* Support strategic business initiatives, including ERP implementation, legal entity restructuring, and acquisitions.


* Strengthen tax processes through automation, technology, and responsible AI adoption.


* Partner with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and operational teams to provide practical tax solutions.


* Develop and mentor an Indirect Tax Analyst while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


* Help drive ERM's long-term tax strategy while building your own path toward broader leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Required


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.


* 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, industry, or a combination of both.
