This leader will own engineering standards, application architecture, and platform delivery for every system that touches the customer our Shopify/eCommerce platforms, customer-facing web and mobile applications, and the APIs and integrations that connect them.

The Head of Product Engineering ensures that customer-facing systems are designed correctly from the outset, implemented once rather than repeatedly rebuilt per brand, and scaled efficiently as the organization grows.

This role enables execution of Collectivus digital and commercial strategy by building reliable, high-performing platforms that support multiple brands, geographies, and business models without increasing operational complexity.

Accountable for how customer-facing technology is engineered across Collectivus, ensuring digital platforms are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to long-term business outcomes.

This is a hands-on strategic leadership role focused on building digital product technology the right way, establishing engineering discipline, front-end and application architecture standards, and delivery quality across every customer-facing platform.
