Multi-Site Maintenance Technician
Multi-Site Maintenance Technician Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime) All hours worked must be accurately recorded.
Overtime must be approved in accordance with company policy.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Flexible scheduling may be required, including evenings, weekends, and participation in an on-call rotation.
Position Summary The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting the daily operations of seven retail store locations and the corporate office.
This role manages maintenance requests through the company's ticketing system, prioritizes facility needs, performs preventative and corrective maintenance, and helps ensure all locations are clean, safe, functional, and professionally maintained.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and monitor maintenance requests through the company ticketing system.
Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities based on established company guidelines and operational needs.
Travel between seven retail stores and the corporate office to perform maintenance duties.Conduct routine building inspections and identify repair needs.Perform general facility repairs and preventative maintenance.Complete basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related tasks.Assist with equipment installation, repairs, and replacement projects.Perform landscaping and exterior property maintenance, including weed trimming, debris removal, and general grounds upkeep.
Coordinate and communicate with approved vendors and contractors regarding maintenance work.
Utilize company-provided vehicle, tools, and technology to complete assignments.Operate vehicle routing and tracking applications, including OnFleet.Maintain accurate records of completed work and facility conditions.Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call support as needed.Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all locations.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to travel regularly between company locations (company vehicle provided)Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.Basic knowledge or experience of Microsoft applications (Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.).Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Previous facilities, maintenance, property management, or building maintenance experience.Experience with work order or ticket management systems.Basic knowledge of: HVAC systems...
