Work You'll Do

As a Project Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the project, you will:


* Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade applications, dashboards, reporting tools, and data-driven solutions that support command priorities and operational performance.


* Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques to generate actionable insights and inform leadership decision-making.


* Develop and maintain data pipelines, databases, APIs, and analytics platforms, integrating data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality, governance, and security.


* Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders across the Surface Navy and partner organizations to translate operational requirements into scalable, reliable, and effective technical solutions.


* Advise senior leadership on data management strategies, software capabilities, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
