Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow and Cloud Engineering team, you will be responsible for:


* Administer and optimize databases that support a self-hosted ServiceNow environment hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS)


* Perform database backup, recovery, patching, tuning, and maintenance activities to support performance, reliability, and availability


* Support ServiceNow upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve database-related incidents affecting platform operations


* Manage AWS database resources and implement controls that support security, compliance, and data integrity requirements


* Automate routine administration tasks, maintain technical documentation, and provide on-call support for critical issues

Qualifications

Required:

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required


* 3+ years of experience supporting self-hosted ServiceNow environments


* 3+ years of experience administering databases in Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
