Position Overview The Pre-Roll Production Crewmember is responsible for preparing, filling, rolling, weighing, packaging, and labeling pre-rolled cannabis products in a fast-paced production environment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency in execution, cleanliness, and the ability to meet daily production goals while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

Pre-Roll Production Crewmember duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Grind, fill, roll, and finish pre-rolls according to company quality standardsWeigh and quality-check pre-rolls to ensure accuracy and consistencyPackage and label products in compliance with all state regulationsMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production workspaceFollow all SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance requirementsMeet established daily and weekly production targetsIdentify and report quality concerns or equipment issuesAssist with inventory tracking of raw materials and suppliesCollaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and productivity
