Legal Assistant (CLT)

Job Description: We are looking for a Paralegal Assistant to join our team and provide administrative and legal support to our attorneys.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities include researching legal documents, preparing court documents, filing documents with the court, and providing general administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Process and input new client matters and documentation into the Firm's case management systemPrepare routine engagement letters and manage their distributionRequest, follow up and obtain medical records/bills related to client treatmentVerify, confirm, and document account balances with medical personnelPrepare and maintain both hard-copy and electronic files, ensuring their accuracy and completenessCopy, scan, and organize case documentation for paralegal filesPerform clerical and administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, copying, and scanning, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness
