Job Summary We're adding a Plant Care Specialist to our Pullman cultivation crew.

In this role, you'll manage the daily well-being of our plants from clone through harvest, helping uphold the quality benchmarks Phat Panda is known for.

This is hands-on, physically active work inside a fast-moving indoor grow operation -- not a desk job.

What You'll Be Doing • Prune, train, and tuck plants to support healthy structure and strong yields • Tend to plants across every growth stage, from vegetative through flowering and harvest • Mix and apply nutrient solutions and other cultivation inputs • Maintain clean, audit-ready grow rooms and equipment • Help set up rooms and fine-tune environmental controls • Lend a hand during harvest and post-harvest processing • Take part in R&D trials focused on refining genetics and technique • Jump in wherever the cultivation team needs extra support Compensation & Schedule This full-time position pays $18.13 per hour for a consistent 40-hour workweek, with quarterly pay increases that recognize your ongoing contribution to the team.
