New Technician Tool Program A new hire will be issued up to $2000 worth of tools on their first day.

The company will deduct a rental fee directly from the technician's paycheck.

After paying half the value (up to $1000), the technician then owns all the tools.

(That's $2000 worth of tools for only $1000!) Tool Reimbursement Program Based on years of service, technicians receive reimbursement for tool purchases up to a specified dollar amount per year.

Tool Insurance Technicians may elect insurance on their tools directly through Service Motor Company.
