About the role:

What you will do:

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:


* Maintain and update CRM records, partner databases, and order tracking systems.


* Support sales operations, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management activities.


* Prepare sales and marketing reports, dashboards, and business presentations.


* Assist in monitoring marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.


* Coordinate Secure Power orders from receipt to closure, ensuring accurate administration.


* Monitor order status, manage updates and modifications, and follow up on delivery-related issues.


* Collaborate with local and international teams to support order processing and customer service activities.


* Communicate with partners and internal stakeholders regarding orders, deliveries, and administrative matters.


* Support invoicing processes, documentation management, and order closure activities.


* Administrating discounts and commercial conditions in internal systems and support related reporting

What we need from you:


* Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, in finance, accounting, logistics, or any other business related courses.


* Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status


* At least intermediate level of English and Hungarian (both speaking and writing)


* You have good digital skills, experience with MS Office and MS Teams


* You are motivated, eager to learn and develop, communicate confidently, and are not afraid of challenges


* You have interest in marketing/sales field with a willing to do and team-player attitude
