Cafe Associate Lead

In this lead role, you will have the responsibility to ensure that the caf operations are handled effectively and efficiently.

Oversight guidance of the daily caf operations involving customer service, caf sale transactions, and guest experiences is a part of the performance expectation.

The position serves as a critical part of the team which fosters a spirit of collaboration and performance excellence on behalf of the Museum guests.

You may also be responsible for handling some administrative tasks when necessary.

The position reports directly to the Caf Manager.
