Senior Security Manager
PING, Inc.
is seeking a Senior Security Manager that will lead, organize, and continuously improve physical security operations for PING and its parent and subsidiary operations.
The Senior Security Manager directs campus security, access governance, emergency preparedness, investigations, asset protection, security technology, and applicable supply chain security programs across a 57-acre manufacturing and distribution campus with multiple employee, visitor, contractor, and delivery entrances.
The position leads Security Supervisors, Security Officers, the Locksmith, and the Identity and Access Control Administrator, and is accountable for maintaining a safe, secure, and appropriately controlled environment for employees, visitors, property, inventory, intellectual property, and business operations.
This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

Carry out personnel responsibilities including workforce planning, recruiting, selection, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, recognition, corrective action, and succession development.
Establish post orders, operating procedures, performance expectations, escalation protocols, and staffing plans for routine operations and special events.
Deploy security resources across the campus in a cost-effective manner that provides appropriate coverage for multiple employees, visitor, contractor, shipping, receiving, and delivery entrances.
Develop and administer the department operating and capital budgets; monitor expenditures and recommend investments based on risk, service needs, and lifecycle requirements.
Maintain availability outside normal working hours for significant incidents, staffing escalations, emergency response, drills, and business disruptions.
Develop, implement, review, and enforce physical security policies, standards, protocols, and procedures.
Protect employees, visitors, facilities, inventory, prototypes, intellectual property, equipment, and other company assets from unauthorized access, theft, damage, disruption, or misuse.
Oversee perimeter security, gate operations, patrols, guard posts, employee entrances, visitor reception, contractor access, and commercial delivery controls.
Conduct documented security risk assessments and vulnerability reviews; prioritize corrective actions and track completion.
