POSITION PURPOSE: The Network Project Manager is a member of the Service Delivery team responsible for coordinating and managing customer-facing and internal network infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle in accordance with established processes.

This role supports the successful delivery of network services, fiber infrastructure, transport, colocation, data center, and strategic network expansion projects by coordinating internal engineering, operations, construction, sales, and vendor resources.

The Network Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication, project execution, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a foundational understanding of telecommunications and network technologies.

The ideal candidate can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer focus and operational excellence.
