Master Scheduler, Strategy & Transformation Manager

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies.

You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value.

Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work you'll do

As a Master Scheduler, Strategy & Transformation Manager on the Finance Strategy team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading the development, integration, maintenance, and statusing of enterprise-level Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) across programs, control accounts, and major subprojects


* Building and maintaining logically linked schedules that align scope, milestones, resources, and contractual requirements across program management, engineering, supply chain, operations, and functional teams


* Performing critical path, driving path, float, and schedule realism analysis to identify milestone risks, support recovery planning, and improve schedule performance


* Conducting schedule risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulation and forecast modeling, and translating findings into recommendations for program and executive stakeholders


* Developing schedule dashboards, assessing schedule health and integrating schedule data with EVMS performance data to support governance and decision-making
