Position Overview: The Manager of Construction Operations is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the lighting replacement, welding and construction operations personnel within the organization.

This role involves managing and coordinating the activities of field operations supervisors and personnel and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational activities.

Manager of Construction Operations is accountable for maintaining service reliability, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Leadership and Team Management: Lead with Safety at the forefront of all activities.
