Warehouse Associate - LTL

LTL Warehouse Associate Job Summary The LTL Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking product, assembling LTL pallet orders, and preparing shipments for pickup.

This role supports outbound fulfillment operations by ensuring orders are completed correctly, safely, and on time while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable operating forklifts and scanners, and able to work collaboratively with the Fulfillment team to meet daily shipping demands.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Pick Amazon orders accurately using pick tickets Assemble and palletize LTL outbound orders for shipment Scan and record shipment data into National Accounts systems Assist with picking and packing UPS orders as needed Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Put away product from the production line and rotate stock appropriately Perform end-of-day cleanup to maintain warehouse safety and organization Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure all job requirements and performance expectations are met Support overall warehouse operations as needed to meet business demands Knowledge and Skills Required experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts Comfortable using warehouse scanners and handheld devices Experience with warehouse management systems preferred Basic knowledge of Windows-based computer systems is a plus Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment About the Company Groomer's Choice is a trusted partner for professional pet groomers, providing high-quality grooming supplies, equipment, and education to help businesses thrive.
