Job Summary: The Beer Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a sales team to drive volume growth, market share, and customer satisfaction across assigned territories and accounts.

This role oversees sales execution, customer relationships, pricing and promotional strategies, and team performance while ensuring alignment with company goals and supplier expectations.

The Sales Manager collaborates closely with operations, merchandising, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional service and profitable growth.

Job Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and performance expectations Continually direct and monitor the Sales Team in the areas of sales, placements, distribution, product rotation, code dates, pricing, POS, displays, and cooler position/sets Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, key accounts, and supplier partners Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve results Conduct regular market visits, ride-alongs, and account reviews to support team development and execution standards Monitor territory performance and ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability targets Partner with merchandising, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure high levels of customer service and product availability Assist with annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and sales strategy development
