Hilltop Park Post Acute is Hiring an Hiring a RN Supervisor!

Shift: Full-time, 10am-6pm, must work 1 weekend day per week

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to expect:

Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed by the DON

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required

Previous Nurse Management or Director of Staff Development experience preferred

Rate: $47-$50/hour
