We are searching for the best talent for the Alliance Data Lead, Compensation & Execution Payouts role , located in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA.

Purpose:

The Alliance Data Lead provides comprehensive business support by managing monthly alliance sales payout earnings, sales updates, and reporting datasets across multiple DePuy Synthes business platforms.

This role enables informed decision-making and supports effective administration of sales compensation programs, this role will not have any direct report.

You will be responsible for:


* Lead the design and implementation of integrated processes that support alliance sales and payment activities across multiple DePuy Synthes business platforms.


* Review and validate datasets to maintain strong data quality, integrity, and compliance standards


* Work closely with the Payout team to ensure accurate, timely execution of FSO alliance payment activities and compensation system administration.
