The JJMT Transformation function is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech.

This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model and executing the EMEA Distribution Network Strategy.

The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA & Global functions.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

As part of the Network Transformation Team, this Project Manager role is responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of network transition activities that enable the future-state Distribution & Transportation network.

This is a critical component of a complex business separation and requires coordination across multiple workstreams, markets, sites, and stakeholders.

The position leads the delivery of distribution network transition initiatives, including project planning, key milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, as well as governance and communication across regions and functions.
