We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transport Supervisor to join our Network Operations team.

About the Role

As a Transport Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Transport Management team and leading a team of drivers to deliver a safe, compliant, and high-performing operation.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of transport activities, ensuring service, quality, productivity, compliance, and cost targets are consistently achieved.

This role is ideal for a driven people manager who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.

What You'll Be Doing



* Leading and motivating a team of drivers to deliver operational excellence.


* Ensuring transport operations meet service, quality, productivity, and cost performance targets.


* Managing resources effectively to meet operational requirements.


* Monitoring and improving operational performance through KPI management.


* Ensuring compliance with transport legislation, tachograph regulations, security requirements, and Health & Safety standards.


* Conducting regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development conversations with team members.


* Supporting employee engagement initiatives and creating a positive, high-performing team culture.


* Monitoring operational costs, including overtime, subcontracting, fleet maintenance, and supplier expenditure.


* Providing leadership support and operational cover for the Transport Operations Manager when required.


* Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the transport function.
