McClure Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis.

AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available, providing flexibility for candidates seeking a schedule that best fits their availability.

As an LVN, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality nursing care, supporting resident well-being, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members


* Support infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

Qualifications


* Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred


* Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
