As a Senior Associate Product Analyst in the Corporate Compliance team, you will support AI-enabled transformation initiatives that improve how compliance teams work, make decisions, and deliver outcomes.

You partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, capture requirements, and translate business needs into high-quality delivery artifacts.

You help connect customer pain points to product strategy, support backlog management, and measure product outcomes.

You gain hands-on exposure to product management in a complex, regulated environment, with a focus on partnership, measurable results, and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities:


* Serve as a voice of the customer by engaging stakeholders, synthesizing feedback, and helping prioritize opportunities for business value


* Develop a deep understanding of customer personas, compliance workflows, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities


* Identify and recommend AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience


* Elicit, capture, and validate business requirements through interviews, working sessions, and document review


* Translate business needs into structured delivery artifacts (Jira epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) aligned to product standards


* Connect customer pain points to product strategy and roadmap themes, ensuring traceability to business outcomes


* Collaborate with Product, UX, and Technology partners to drive shared understanding of scope, dependencies, and risks


* Promote consistent product management practices and high-quality delivery artifacts across the product lifecycle


* Support backlog management activities, including refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning preparation


* Assist with product discovery activities, including research, feedback synthesis, and process mapping


* Support measurement of product outcomes, adoption, and impact, and contribute to continuous improvement recommendations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 3 years plus of experience in product, business analysis, project delivery, or a related discipline


* Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into structured documentation


* Strong relationship management skills, with ability to influence without authority and communicate trade-offs clearly
