Project Manager - Tax Transformation

The Project Manager role provides dedicated operational, strategic, and project management support to drive key group initiatives.

The Project Manager will lead day-to-day operational workflows, manage critical communication channels, support change management, and provide strategic leverage to leadership, enabling leaders to balance client-service responsibilities with group management.

* Serve as the dedicated Project Manager driving day-to-day project workstreams and operational support for the iTax group.


* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives, group communications, and change management activities.


* Act as the primary operational liaison, providing direct support and strategic leverage to the leadership team.


* Establish, standardize, and refine operational frameworks, templates, communication channels, and reporting mechanisms to ensure smooth group functioning.


* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (such as Talent, Learning and leadership) to align on strategic priorities and support group development.

Qualifications

Required:


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week


* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related fields


* 5+ years of experience in project management


* Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.


* Strong project management and operational competency with sustained high-performance ratings.


* Proven experience in designing and executing strategic communication plans and change management initiatives

* Strong communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interface with senior leadership.


* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to establish clear processes, project trackers, and guidelines.
