What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)


* Inspect, care for, maintain, and repair facility property, grounds, and equipment.


* Assist in planning and executing repair, maintenance, and new installation/construction projects.


* Perform routine groundskeeping and heavy custodial duties.


* Monitor facility systems, ensuring everything functions safely and efficiently.


* Participate in a rotating on-call weekend schedule and respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.

What You Bring (Requirements & Skills)


* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

Familiarity with local building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.


* Strong working knowledge of standard maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, including their proper care and safe usage.


* Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and climb depending on the project.

Must be capable of heavy lifting and moving.


* Willingness and ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.
