As the Trainer, Content Developer (E Learning), you will partner with our leaders in Operations to create and deliver training and performance support materials.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Develop and deliver in-role training sessions


* Work directly with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training deliverables


* Design engaging, inclusive, multi-modal content to be accessed by diverse user base


* Create assessment questions that correlate to learning objectives


* Develop and maintain continual education support materials and job refresher aides to use once training has been completed


* Analyze the success of training initiatives by evaluating learning outcomes and knowledge transfer



* Provide reporting for leadership on the effectiveness of instructional materials, activities, and assessments



* Collaborate with operations leaders, and HR to identify training participants


* Be creative and adaptable in re-designing training programs to meet business needs


* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


* 1 year experience in eLearning creation and data analysis to measure effectiveness of training


* Proficiency with MS Office applications to include Excel, Power Point, Articulate, Google Slides and graphic design


* Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends


* Availability to travel domestically 5-10%

It'd be great if you also have:


* Bachelor's degree in instructional design or education


* 4 years' experience in instructional design and training delivery


* Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics


* Strong, facilitation, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills


* Solid project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage operations and student expectations
