Job Description:

The MB Water Spider is responsible for supporting production operations by delivering materials, components, and supplies to designated workstations to ensure continuous workflow and minimize downtime.

This role serves as a critical link between inventory, warehouse, and production teams by maintaining material availability and supporting efficient manufacturing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



* Transport materials, components, and supplies to production areas as needed.


* Keep workstations stocked with necessary materials to support uninterrupted production.


* Remove empty containers, scrap materials, and completed products from work areas.


* Monitor inventory levels at assigned production lines and communicate replenishment needs.


* Assist with staging materials for upcoming production orders.


* Verify material quantities and part numbers against work orders and production schedules.


* Maintain accurate material flow and inventory control practices.


* Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other approved material handling equipment safely.


* Follow all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.


* Maintain a clean and organized work environment utilizing 5S principles.


* Support team members and assist with other production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications



* High school diploma or GED preferred.


* Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.


* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.


* Strong organizational and communication skills.


* Basic math skills and attention to detail.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements



* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.


* Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.


* Ability to safely maneuver material handling equipment.


* Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
