Job Summary As the Trim Team Supervisor for our Mobius line, you'll oversee trim production and lead a team of Trim Team Members to hit Phat Panda's quality and production goals.

You'll also help ensure compliance standards are met and inventory stays accurate across your shift.

Compensation & Schedule Training Pay: $18.13 per hour for your first 30 days Standard Pay: $20.13 per hour upon completion of training Hours: Full-Time, approximately 40 hours per week Availability: Consistent weekly schedule; must be available for opening, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed Reports To: Director of Agriculture Benefits & Perks Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees Paid Time Off: 40 hours of PTO for full-time employees Product Perks: Monthly product samples Food & Fuel: Free catered meals every Tuesday and Wednesday, plus a Monday bagel and donut bar Growth: Quarterly raises to reward your hard work What You Bring Must be 21 years of age or older (state regulatory requirement) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience Trimming or plant experience is helpful but not required; prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and labeling systems Strong leadership, quality management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach, delegate, and hold a team accountable Able to stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and pass color-vision requirements Full flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts Ready to Lead the Trim Floor?
