Security Team Manager, Forensics and Investigations

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Manager, Forensics and Investigations on the project, you will:


* Team Leadership & Task Management: Supervise a team of 10-15 Personnel and Physical Security Specialists.


* Manage schedules, workloads, performance reviews, and ensure all contract deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.


* Client Advisement & Close Support: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for government clients.


* Provide daily, on-site consultative support, briefing senior leadership on security posture, risk mitigation, and operational bottlenecks.


* Personnel Security (PERSEC) Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end clearance processing lifecycle.


* Resolve complex crossover issues, direct continuous vetting workflows, and ensure the team accurately utilizes Scattered Castles, DISS, and internal databases.


* Physical Security (PHYSEC) Oversight: Direct the processing and validation of Visitor Access Requests (VARs), badge issuance, and access control.


* Ensure all SCIF entry/exit protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are flawlessly executed.


* Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies across both PERSEC and PHYSEC domains.


* Design and implement new SOPs to accelerate clearance processing and streamline visitor control operations.
