Job Duties and Responsibilities


* Performs routine and scheduled Preventive Maintenance on all industrial equipment, identifying potential issues before they cause downtime.


* Executes advanced Troubleshooting techniques to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions quickly and accurately.


* Repairs and maintains intricate Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems, ensuring optimal fluid power and control.


* Works on industrial Electrical Systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and sensors, to restore full functionality.


* Conducts comprehensive Mechanical Repair, replacing worn components, rebuilding assemblies, and ensuring precision alignment.


* Interprets and applies information from Blueprint Reading, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations.


* Utilizes a variety of Diagnostic Tools to pinpoint equipment failures and verify repairs.


* Adheres strictly to all Safety Procedures and protocols, including implementing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all.


* Prioritizes repair tasks and makes independent decisions regarding the most effective and efficient solutions for equipment issues.


* Documents all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
