Where You'll Spend Time Assisting customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and account maintenance requests Managing cash transactions and balancing cash drawers accurately Supporting branch operations, including ATM balancing, vault activities, and documentation processing Educating customers on products and services that fit their financial needs Assisting with online banking services and customer account support Partnering with branch teammates and business partners to provide an exceptional customer experience Work is performed in a customer-focused environment that values teamwork, service excellence, accuracy, and professionalism.
