Where You'll Spend Time Investigating allegations and suspicions of customer fraud activity.

Reviewing account activity, transaction details, supporting documentation, and fraud indicators.

Communicating with customers, merchants, and internal partners regarding fraud claims and investigations.

Researching cases using fraud tools, reporting systems, and available resources.

Identifying fraud trends, patterns, and opportunities to reduce future risk.

Collaborating with Fraud Prevention, Compliance, Risk Management, and Operational teams to improve controls and processes.
