The Field Operations Manager will lead, coordinate, train, and oversee the Field Operations Specialist team.

Working within operations, they assist teams in solving critical issues and teach others to do the same.

They serve as mentors to teammates, coaching when needed, to ensure departmental goals are met, while also being able to perform all the duties of a Field Operation Specialist when necessary.

Field Operations Specialists travel throughout a region gathering information and documentation needed from sellers before their equipment is sold on www.purplewave.com.
