Content Creator & Multimedia Marketing Coordinator Position Summary Heart to Heart is seeking a creative, organized and highly motivatedContent Creator & Multimedia Marketing Coordinatorto support the growth of our marketing department through mission-driven storytelling, photography, videography, content production and marketing execution.

This role is responsible for capturing and creating authentic content that supportsrecruitment, employee engagement, service line awareness, brand growth, internal communication and community connectionacross New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, comfortable working independently in the field and passionate about telling meaningful stories through photo, video and digital content.

This position will regularly travel to homes, programs, events and community settings to capture content and support marketing initiatives.

While content creation is the primary focus of this role, this individual will also support marketing execution by assisting with social media scheduling, campaign coordination, content organization and day-to-day marketing support, particularly during periods of increased departmental need.

Because many employee events, community outings, recruitment efforts and marketing opportunities occur outside traditional business hours, this role may requireoccasional evening and weekend availability.
