Tool Crib Attendant

Join our manufacturing team as a Tooling Operations Operator and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly.

You'll manage essential tooling assets-moulds, stamping tools, test benches, and more-ensuring they're maintained, optimized, and ready to support our operations every day.

What will you do?


* Manage tool data, maintenance schedules, and capacity planning for all external tooling assets across the plant


* Oversee refurbishment, repair, and industrialization of new tools while supporting transfers and conducting compliance audits


* Coordinate with production teams to optimize tool usage and support continuous improvement initiatives


* Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns as a multi-skilled operator

* Lean Methodology - intermediate level; applying lean principles to reduce waste and improve tooling efficiency
