Technical Trainer II
We're looking for a Technical Trainer II to support the development and certification of distributors, partners, and technical teams involved in the assembly, customization, and deployment of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution solutions.
In this role, you'll deliver technical training programs, evaluate adherence to established procedures, and help ensure that distributor-built solutions meet safety, quality, and engineering standards.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering who enjoys sharing knowledge, coaching technical audiences, and driving consistent execution across partner networks.
What will you do?
* Deliver technical training programs, both virtually and in person, focused on low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution solutions.
* Train distributors, partners, and technical personnel on approved customization, assembly, and installation practices.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of training programs related to QED2, ETS (Build Ready), and other established product offerings.
* Develop and update training content to reflect product enhancements, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
* Conduct technical assessments and verify understanding of training content through practical and theoretical evaluations.
* Perform distributor workshop audits to evaluate compliance with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
* Partner with engineering, product, and quality teams to ensure training materials accurately reflect current standards and best practices.
* Identify opportunities to improve distributor capability, consistency, and customer outcomes through training and coaching.
