We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Director, Global Health Economics Market Access team member for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business.

This is an end-to-end role with a focus on the Biosurgery business addressing blood management and hemostasis.

The position is located at the J&J Office, Raritan, New Jersey.

Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Director, Global & Regional HEMA, Surgery based in New Jersey, USA, the Associate Director Global HEMA Biosurgery will work in close collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing, Research & Development, Medical, Clinical & Preclinical Research, Epidemiology and Regional HEMA partners.

The role is responsible for building and executing integrated market access strategies, leveraging health economics and value creation for the adoption and payment of Biosurgery MedTech innovation.

This is an important role that will: (i) shape the market access strategies that include, but not limited to, assessing market access needs/trends, (ii) influence the business strategies to leverage market access considerations in the respective therapeutic areas, and, (iii) develop and execute required ma...
