Johnson & Johnson MedTech, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer II to join the Ethicon Georgia Campus Technical Operations team in Cornelia, GA.

The Process Engineer II is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

This role serves as a technical resource within assigned manufacturing areas, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to optimize process performance, resolve technical challenges, and support implementation of process improvements and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:


* Functioning as the primary engineering owner for assigned manufacturing processes, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned process technology.


* Leading projects to innovate process technology, improve reliability, or increase capacity


* Providing written and oral reports on process performance


* Collaborating with Manufacturing Operations and Maintenance to resolve technical issues


* Investigating and leading corrective actions for product and process nonconformances
