This role plays a critical part in enabling the effective delivery of compliance within EMEA.

As a Business Compliance Associate , you will provide guidance, review and approvals of business activities, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with Health Care Compliance (HCC) requirements.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will support HCP engagements, contracting, payments and compliance processes by delivering practical guidance, approvals and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



* Provide administrative support to the Business Compliance Specialist and Senior Specialist



* Act as a key point of contact for event compliance, contracts, and payments; maintain auditable records for all process stages.



* Guide, r eview, and approve business requests



* Prepare, d raft and review contracts using approved templates , systems and processes



* E nsure all activities are fully compliant, with appropriate documentation and approvals in place prior to execution



* Support the delivery and integrity of transparency reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely delivery



* Deliver ad-hoc training to the business as required
