Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Occ upational Health Coordinator, located in New South Wales , Australia.

The Occupational Health (OH) Coordinator supports the delivery and coordination of occupational health programs and services for DePuy Synthes in Australia and New Ze a land .

This role plays an important part in promoting employee health, safety, and well‑being by ensuring effective administration, coordination, and compliance with occupational health requirements.

The position offers the opportunity to work closely with HR, EHS, FM (E&PS) , healthcare providers, and employees, contributing directly to a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities



* Coordinate occupational health activities and programs, including medical surveillance, health assessments, and wellness initiatives.



* Support management of occupational health vendor relationships and healthcare providers to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.



* Support day‑to‑day administration of occupational health services and related documentation.



* Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in accordance with privacy and regulatory requirements.



* Partner with HR, EHS, FM (E&PS) , and external healthcare providers to support employee health needs.



* Assist with incident follow‑up, injury management, psychological risk assessments, and return‑to‑work coordination.



* Support compliance with occupational health regulations, standards, and internal policies.



* Prepare reports and data related to occupational health activities and metrics.



* Identify opportunities to improve occupational health processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

Education:



* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing , Health Sciences, Occupational Health, or a related field is required .



* Additional training in occupational health or workplace health and safety is preferred.
