職務内容

サ-ビスエンジニアは、Abiomedの医療機器であるAutomated Impella Consoleに関する社内サ-ビス業務を主に担当します。主な業務には、保守、ソフトウェアおよびハ-ドウェアのアップデ-ト、トラブルシュ-ティング、修理、装置および関連サ-ビス資産の管理が含まれます。

また、保守契約関連業務、正確なサ-ビス活動記録の維持、Sales、Quality Assurance、Supply Chain、その他関係部署との緊密な連携を通じて、円滑な顧客サポ-トとサ-ビスオペレ-ションの継続性を支援します。

社内サ-ビス業務に加えて、装置の設置およびデバイス接続設定のために顧客施設を訪問する場合があります。顧客施設訪問時には、サ-ビス関連手順および技術情報について、臨床工学技士および病院事務担当者に明確に説明し、適切な理解を促します。

主な職務


* Abiomedの医療機器であるAutomated Impella Consoleの社内保守、ソフトウェアおよびハ-ドウェアのアップデ-ト、トラブルシュ-ティング、修理を実施する。



* ロ-ナ-コンソ-ル、校正ツ-ル、スペアパ-ツ、在庫管理、発注サポ-ト、使用履歴管理を含む、装置およびサ-ビス関連資産を管理する。



* 保守契約関連業務を支援し、サ-ビス計画、販売代理店とのコミュニケ-ション、見積書およびサ-ビス契約書など必要書類の調整を行う。



* 必要に応じて、主に装置の設置およびデバイス接続設定に関するオンサイトサポ-トを提供する。



* 顧客施設訪問時に、臨床工学技士および病院事務担当者に対して、サ-ビス関連手順および技術情報を説明する。
