About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on Full Stack Engineer Lead to serve as a senior technical leader across multiple product teams and strategic initiatives.

This role combines deep software engineering expertise with architecture guidance, AI-enabled engineering practices, DevSecOps excellence, and engineering governance.

You will help shape technical direction, promote reusable engineering patterns, accelerate AI adoption, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally sustainable.

While this is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities, you will influence engineers across squads and act as a trusted technical advisor to Product, Security, Data, Platform, and Engineering leadership teams.

What You'll Do
Hands-on Engineering & Solution Design (≈40%)


* Design and develop enterprise-grade applications across UI, API, integration, data, and automation layers using React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.


* Build and integrate AI-enabled capabilities, including LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, prompt orchestration, and workflow automation.


* Create reusable frameworks, accelerators, templates, SDKs, and engineering patterns that can be adopted across multiple squads.


* Define APIs, integration contracts, non-functional requirements, and operational readiness requirements.


* Contribute to complex architecture decisions and technical solution reviews.

Technical Leadership & Architecture (≈25%)


* Act as technical lead across multiple initiatives, helping teams align with enterprise architecture standards and engineering best practices.


* Drive architecture discussions, design reviews, technical debt reduction, modernization initiatives, and platform evolution efforts.
