Event Management Coordinator - São Paulo, Brazil

Responsible to coordinates and executes Medical Education and Professional Education events across Brazil, ensuring the successful planning, logistics, and delivery of educational programs for healthcare professionals.

Partners closely with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, vendors, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational experiences that support business objectives while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to effectively collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional environments.
