Purpose:

Shape the Future of Spine Sales Excellence

DePuy Synthes Spine is seeking a Commercial Education Specialist to help develop and elevate the next generation of Spine Sales Consultants.

This role is ideal for a high-performing spine sales professional who wants to leverage their clinical, technical, and commercial expertise to drive field performance, facilitate impactful learning experiences, and influence commercial capability across the organization.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, and Field-Based Education teams, you will support onboarding, product launches, sales methodology initiatives, and advanced capability-building programs.
