We are searching for the best talent for Staff Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:



* Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support customer demand and business targets.


* Analyze inventory data to identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving items, and recommend corrective actions.


* Responsible for developing inventory-related business plans during the different financial cycles.


* Inventory reporting.


* Perform manual BOM (bill of materials) explosions to translate finished goods demand into detailed component requirements.


* Calculate gross component requirements based on production plans, forecasts, and BOM structures.


* Determine net component requirements by considering available inventory, safety stock targets, etc.


* Generate and maintain component requirement reports.


* Maintain documentation of assumptions, calculations, and methodologies used in manual material planning activities.


* Identify opportunities to automate manual BOM explosion and requirement planning processes, reducing reliance on spreadsheets


* Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing forecasts, accurate inventory data and insights.


* Support new product launches, life-cycle management, and end-of-life inventory planning.

Qualifications / Requirements:


* 6-8 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or planning or related
