DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Manager Marketing Campaigns & Messaging for Joint Reconstruction located in Warsaw, IN, West Chester, PA, Raynham, MA, or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

This role will report into the Joint Reconstruction Marketing Services Team.

This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing joint reconstruction marketing campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and content plans.

The individual serves as the critical bridge between Platform Marketing and Marketing Services, ensuring product strategies, value propositions, clinical evidence, and customer insights are transformed into clear, compelling, and consistent campaigns across the Joint Reconstruction portfolio.

The Senior Manager will lead campaign planning, messaging architecture, content strategy, agency collaboration, and campaign governance while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Communications.
