Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to represent the Ethicon Surgery Portfolio, with a focus on Endo Mechanical and/or Energy technologies across an assigned territory in the Republic of Ireland.

This is a customer-facing commercial role with responsibility for driving access, adoption and preference for the Ethicon Surgery Portfolio across hospital accounts.

The successful candidate will work closely with account managers, commercial colleagues, marketing, professional education and wider J&J MedTech teams to deliver a coordinated approach to account development and customer partnership.

The role requires a strong blend of commercial drive, clinical curiosity, customer focus and disciplined execution.
