製薬業界において、社内外の関係先(特約店、取引先、マ-ケティング、物流センタ-、品質部門、業務委託先、及びMR)とコミュニケ-ションを取りながら、受注業務の処理•在庫転送•購買•改善の実行を担当して頂きます。

主な責務:


* 受注業務、在庫転送業務、購買業務


* 基幹システムや周辺システムのオペレ-ション習得やエラ-ハンドリング


* 社内手順書の定期レビュ-と改訂


* SOXや品質関連の社内外の監査対応


* 社内外の関係先(特約店、マ-ケティング、物流センタ-、品質部門、業務委託先、及びMR)との円滑なコミュニケ-ション(電話、メ-ルなど)


* 国内外のステ-クホルダ-との改善•プロジェクトに参画し、プロアクティブな活動の実行


* 新製品/新サ-ビス提供スキ-ム導入支援


* 全体最適の視点での受注業務の効率化や改善の立案•実行


* ミスや問題発生時の事後及び予防策の立案、実施と定着


* 書類の整理•保管業務

資格


* 学歴:大卒

経験とスキル:

必須要件:


* 社内外のコミュニケ-ションを円滑に行える方


* コンプライアンスへの意識


* 関連法規、SOPの習得に前向きな方


* ミスや問題発生時に、リカバリ-や恒久対策をオ-ナ-シップをもって対応できる方


* 問題に対して多面的に要因を抽出•分析して問題解決することに興味のある方


* 新しい取り組みに対して、主体的に前向きに取り組む姿勢のある方


* MS Office (エクセル(関数使える方、学ぶ意欲がある方)、パワ-ポイントなど)
